Mike - Document ImagingMike Deveraux

President, Chief Executive Officer

Originally from Casper, Wyoming, Mr. Deveraux also spent his younger years in Gallup and Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Following his high school graduation in Wyoming, Mike entered the US Marine Corps, serving four years of active duty as an aviation mechanic, specializing as a Test Cell Operator and Collateral Duty Inspector, honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant E-5.  Mike worked as a field service mechanic working on hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic components, prior to continuing his aviation education graduating from Colorado Aero Tech as a Certified A and P.  Mike was hired as line mechanic by Continental Airlines, beginning in Houston, TX, and spending most of his 10-year career in Denver, Colorado in aircraft maintenance.

Mr. Deveraux and his family returned to New Mexico working briefly for Intel before he and his wife, Tsenre, started their first business, Lube 2 U, which became a successful mobile oil change service.  The business grew and transitioned into three full service facilities, operating as Texaco Xpress Lube locations in the Albuquerque area.

Following their sale, wishing for further business in a new industry, Mike and Tsenre opened US Imaging of NM, a document imaging company, which they rebranded in 2006 as Document Imaging of the Southwest. Mike serves as President, CEO, and Managing Partner leading the company as it continues to grow as a vital part of the document archiving and management industry.

Mike is an active member, past President and former Chairman of the Board of the Executive Association of Greater Albuquerque (EAGA); founding member and former Board Member of the Executive Association of Greater Rio Rancho (EAGRR) and Practice Resource Group (PRG).  Mike serves on the Give Hope a Ride (GHAR) committee for Casa Esperanza and is VP of the Rainbow Girls Foundation of NM.  Mike enjoys the outdoors, biking, gardening, hunting and camping.  He is a fan of Nascar, aviation, and loves to read.

Tsenre - Document ImagingTsenre Deveraux

Chief Operations Officer

Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tsenre graduated 2nd in her class.  Her High school years were occupied with the Santa Fe High School Wind Ensemble, Jazz and Marching Bands serving as drum Major.  As a flute and saxophone player, she traveled with her High School and All American Youth Honor Band on several trips to Europe of competition and tours.

A member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Tsenre not only served her own community but also the state of NM as Grand Worthy Advisor while in College, and still serves as a member of the State Executive Committee.

Tsenre graduated from the University of New Mexico, with a degree in Business Education.  During her collegiate years she earned numerous academic and service awards as a member of Chi Omega, the UNM Band and Collegiate Singers.  She went to Travel School and spent 16 years as a Travel Agent and Sales Representative for a major Hawaii wholesaler.

She and her Husband Mike spent ten years in Denver, Colorado where their two daughters were born.  Returning to New Mexico in 1994, they went on to start a mobile oil change business, Lube 2 U and as the business grew, it transitioned into three full service facilities, operating as Texaco Xpress Lube locations in the Albuquerque area.

Following the sale of these businesses, they started US Imaging of New Mexico, which was rebranded in 2006 as Document Imaging of the Southwest where she serves as Chief Operating Officer and Production Manager.

Tsenre has enjoyed a business as a sales director and beauty consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics.  She loves the outdoors from the seashore to the mountains, but most of all has loved the opportunity to raise two beautiful and successful daughters with Mike.

Sherri - Document ImagingSherri Wells

Vice-President of Business Development

Ms. Wells joined Document Imaging of the Southwest in 2009.  She is responsible for building relationships and new business opportunities for New Mexico.

Ms. Wells currently serves on the NM MGMA Board, the AWC Board, and Casa Esperanza Board.  Sherri is also one of the founding members of the PRG (Practice Resource Group).

She served as the 2008-2010 Board Chairperson of Junior Achievement (JA) of New Mexico, the state’s largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades K-12 about entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy . In addition to her role as Board Chair with JA of New Mexico, she is a co-founder of the New Mexico Business Hall of Fame which began in 2005 and is a past member of the Women in Philanthropy Council of United Way,  New Mexico First and served as the  Go Red for Women Chair in  2006.

Sherri has a degree in Business Communications and successfully turned around a fledging newspaper in the Albuquerque market 6 years ago, having come from the Seattle market.

Angela - Document ImagingAngela Talley

Production Manager

Ms. Talley joined the DISW team in 2007 as a document preparation clerk and scanner. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2008.  Angela oversees office production, efficiency and client services.

Mrs. Talley attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, majoring in Business.  She worked at the the Arkansas River Valley Arts Center and taught Art in rural schools in the community.  She also ran Art Camps throughout the summer.   While living in Arkansas, Angela also served in the Junior Auxiliary of Russellville, raising money for programs to help children in the community.  Angela has also served as  Secretary to the Dean of Agriculture at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and as Principal Secretary for Desert Ridge Middle School in Albuquerque.  She enjoys the diversity and creativity of  the position at DISW which enables her to combine  her love of art and skills in organization to promote efficiency and office production.

Angela is involved in Desert Springs Church in Albuquerque.  She and her husband host a community group and serve at Casa Esperanza.   She is a cancer survivor, and has been married for 26 years to her high school sweetheart.  They have three children and one awesome dog.  She is an avid reader, artist, garage sale junkie, and decorator.
