DISW is dedicated to providing clients with a secure document storage system that allows immediate access to documents. Founded in 2003 by Mike and Tsenre Deveraux, DISW has built a reputation providing a customized experience for clients with professional and personal attention. We offer state-of-the-art services to convert paper documents to an electronic format which can be accessed on any Windows-based or MAC computer system.

We can scan/data capture any type and size of paper documents, from letter and legal size paper to spreadsheets and drawings. Even well logs, seismic data, photos, maps, ultrasounds, X-rays, engineering/construction drawings etc. can be converted to electronic format. The original hard copy documents are sent through high-speed scanners, then through an intensive quality control process, before they are indexed to your specific standards. This process allows for search and retrieval of documents immediately from your desktop computer.
We will pick up your documents, digitize them, and deliver them to you on a CD / DVD, or hosted on an FTP site to be retrieved electronically. Your electronic documents are securely protected and backed up with multiple redundancies. The originals are saved for a predetermined period of time and upon client approval, arrangements will be made for document destruction.

OUR FACILITIES
The production facility for Document Imaging of the Southwest is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The facility is secured with UL Listed alarm monitoring system.
All DISW employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement, non-compete, and background check.
